| Policies I strive to give you a great experience. In order to achieve this I adhere to certain policies. -Arrive 10 minutes early if this is your first treatment of this type. This allows ample time to get acquainted the treatment and prepare. -If you are late it will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. -Cancellation Policy: As courtesy to other clients I ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation. All service sales, retail sales, and gift certificates are final, with no refunds. You can use gift certificates for services or retail. If you do miss a gift certificate service without cancellation, your gift certificate will be forfeited. -Spa guest must be 16 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. -Quiet Environment: Please help maintain the quiet environment for your treatment, turn off the cell phone. -Gift Certificates: Available for services only. If an appointment is made to redeem the gift certificate and is not cancelled, your gift certificate is forfeited -Packages can be individually customized -Party Bookings: Small intimate groups or spa parties welcome.
